The NGXC next generation pad mount crossconnect cabinet is designed for network applications that require a feeder/distribution interface point. Cabinets feature Dat@Term terminal blocks contained within a powder coated steel and aluminum housing for pad mounting. NGXC cabinets come equipped with a moisture barrier which can easily be removed if desired.

The NGXC cabinets maximum capacity reaches 3600-pair in single-sided or 7200-pair in doublesided models. Most single-sided cabinets have rigid terminal fields. A fold-down kit is available as a separate item to convert rigid to fold-down if rear entry is restricted. The largest of the single-sided and all double-sided NGXC cabinets have fold-down terminal fields. NGXC cabinet terminal blocks are pre-connectorized for efficient field splicing. Terminal field layouts vary by model.
